Scope and Applicability

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all domestic orders placed within India for HiFresh Agro Private Limited products. Import & Export orders are governed by a separate policy, and to be discussed during the order placement stage as per INCO terms.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, customers should contact our customer service team via email, providing the order number and any other relevant details which will be shared via email after the placement of order.
If the order has been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to honor the cancellation request, and the order will be subject to our refund and return policy below.

Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect as delivered. Fresh produce, perishables, and custom orders are not eligible for return unless they meet these conditions.
Return Process: Customers must initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order by contacting customer service via email with proof of purchase and images of the defect or issue.
Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items: Products that do not meet return eligibility criteria, such as non-defective perishable goods, will not qualify for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving an order, customers should promptly inspect the items and notify HiFresh Agro of any damages or issues within 24 hours. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for return or refund.

Exclusions and Disclaimers

HiFresh Agro is not responsible for delays or damages caused by external factors beyond our control, such as delivery carrier delays or handling issues post-delivery
