MUSHROOM
Controlled environment to grow mushroom
Our pre-engineered portable insulated cabin features advanced controllers and IoT sensors, including a humidifier and air conditioner. It is available in various configurations to suit different mushroom varieties and franchise needs. Ideal for efficient mushroom cultivation.
Automated environment
The 4G-enabled Bharat Pi controller monitors temperature, humidity, CO2, and light intensity, sending data to the cloud. The cloud analyzes this time-series data and issues automated instructions to control relays for humidifiers, ventilation, and lights. This ensures optimal conditions for your needs.
Spirulina
Site Selection: Choose a warm, sunny area with clean freshwater or brackish water.
Pond Construction: Build shallow ponds (15-30 cm deep) and start small (100-500 sq. meters).
Nutrient Preparation: Use sodium bicarbonate, nitrates, and trace minerals; maintain pH at 9-10.
Inoculation: Add a healthy Spirulina culture to the pond.
Cultivation Conditions: Maintain 30-38°C, ensure 12-16 hours of sunlight, and aerate the water.
Harvesting and Processing: Collect biomass every 5-10 days, wash, dry, and store in airtight containers.
